It turned out… she had cancer.
It all started with a dream. A dream that her home was invaded by a serial killer. She explained that it was so real and terrifying that it made her afraid for her own safety when she woke up. Later, she had a second dream that there was cancer growing in her right breast. When she woke up, she did a self-examination right away and did not recognize anything out of the ordinary. But the dream had felt so real, so she scheduled a mammogram later that same day. To her shock, the results returned positive for a cancerous growth. (Reference 1, Reference 2)

A rat was eating him alive
In another story, a man kept having a dream in which a rat would gnaw at a part of his abdomen. This dream troubled him for some time until he finally discovered the true meaning. He was soon diagnosed with a duodenal ulcer. (Reference)

He died of cirrhosis
Even Frued himself has documented these stories! “A patient of Viderman’s (1979, p.265) reported the following Viderman, knowing that the father had died of alcoholism, made the following Six roses ou cirrhose?’ He took advantage of the homophone to bring together the positive connotations of the gift (six roses) with the negative feelings the patient may have had about his father’s illness and death (i.e., cirrhosis of the liver). Every dream holds a message and gives you a window into understanding and insight
These types of dreams are called “Physical Dreams”. They are the way your subconscious mind communicates with you about changes that are taking place inside of your body. They can signal positive changes, or they can signal serious health concerns that you may not be consciously aware of. Physical Dreams are why your night time visions become bizarre when you are pregnant or when you have a fever!
Don’t miss the warnings of your mind! Documenting your own dream experience is the best way to begin this journey, and will allow you to start using these messages from your mind! But if you have ever wanted to work with me directly to unlock your full potential, don’t let the opportunity pass you by! There are only TWO months left to join my mentorship program, and spots are filling up! I will be accepting only 15 applications, and then the opportunity is gone! See if you qualify by applying:

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
|
1: Dreams are not tricks! 🫂
|
Your dreams are not trying to hide the truth from you. That is the biggest mistake you can make when it comes to understanding their meaning. The part of your brain that dreams is desperately trying to warn you about things you are missing. However, the subconscious mind speaks a language all its own. Getting frustrated at your dreams will only make it more difficult for you to understand and recognize these warnings. Approach your mind with the same care and patience that you would when listening to a little child who is asking for help, but just doesn’t know the words.

Dreams of drowning can indicate that you are not breathing well during sleep. This may be a sign of sleep apnea or another issue with your ability to get the oxygen you need. But this dream may take other forms as well. Someone putting their hand over your mouth, someone choking you, or being in space without an oxygen tank. Pay attention to the feeling and listen to your body!
|
You know the feeling! When your stomach jumps into your throat, your head feels dizzy and every muscle tenses as you brace for impact. Well, these same feelings in your stomach and head can come from a low blood sugar drop while you are sleeping and may be a warning of hypoglycemia. Pay attention to what you are eating before bed as you may be having a sugar crash! These blood sugar dreams can also take the form of being chased and waking up in a cold sweat. So take note!
|
If you have ever had a dream about being caught in an earthquake and feeling the intense tremors that begin unexpectedly, you may be having seizures in your sleep! This is a really helpful dream to pay attention to, because many times these seizures go undetected for years, since they happen at night and you wake up never knowing!
|
You are probably very familiar with this type of dream already. But did you know that because of all the changes taking place in your body during an illness, you may experience some very strange and confusing dreams? Your mind is overheated and not operating normally, which disrupts the storyline and pattern of your dreams. Most commonly, you may dream of being burned alive due to the fever you are experiencing. Changes in your brain and body are also the reason that smoking, drinking and other medications will cause you to have some pretty wacky nightmares!
|
How can you tell the difference between an emotional dream and a physical dream? Pay attention to how they feel! Dreams that are unusually intense, don’t have much of a story and especially when you can feel the physical sensations of pain or discomfort are huge indicators that you may be having a physical dream. Many people have criticized physical dreams saying they are unfounded, but that’s simply not true. What science has struggled with is pinpointing exactly what dreams mean what things. But we DO know, and have significant research supporting, that physical experiences and illness dramatically alter dreams and can be a great early detection system for your health!
