đŚđ¤Hello Lyon Pride Dreamers!
|
WHERE DID MY DREAMS GO?! đâ¨
|
Have you suddenly stopped dreaming? Ever wondered why sometimes you remember those bizarre dream sequences, and other times it’s like your dream factory had a blackout? Letâs explore this nighttime mystery!
First off, if youâre not remembering your dreams, donât worryâyouâre definitely still having them. Everyone does during the magical world of REM sleep. Not recalling dreams? It could be how youâre waking up (rude alarms, we’re looking at you!), how much Zzzâs youâre catching, or simply because you haven’t yet tuned into the fascinating radio station of your mind.
Hereâs a fun fact: your brain might be sneakily deleting your dream memories. Why? Maybe it thinks you donât need them cluttering your mental space (hey brain, let us be the judge of that!). And remember, as we age, our dream recall might drop a bit, so letâs cherish and tune into these nightly narratives while we can.

What if you suddenly stop dreaming?

If you’re usually a vivid dreamer but hit a dry spell, consider factors like stress, new medication, or changes in your sleep environment. Sometimes, your minds need a little more mental bandwidth to process daily life, and dreams get put on the back burner. It’s like your brain saying, “Hold on, processing in progress, can’t chat right now!” But fear not, this is usually temporary. Your dreams will likely resume once things settle down.

Well, engaging with your dreams can connect you more deeply with your inner self, offering insights and emotions that are playing background music in your mind. This is essential to avoiding pitfalls in your decision making and for remaining healthy. When you ignore your dreams and emotions, they donât go away! They just hide below the surface and can sabotage your choices and clarity. While you might think you are being objective, those hidden emotions exercise their influence subconsciously throughout your day. By making dream work a consistent practice, you will gain a huge boost of clarity, insight and peace.

Challenge of the Week:
|
|
Before you sleep, jot down a little note to your brain (yes, really!). Tell it youâre open for business and ready to remember whatever it broadcasts tonight. Who knows what secrets your psyche might reveal?
So, dear dreamers, letâs not just sleep through our dreams. Letâs befriend them, decode them, and maybe even have a little fun along the way. Sweet dreams, and may your dream recall be as vivid as a Jungian archetype parade!
P.S. If your dreams ever feel like a wild ride, share them with us! We love a good dream tale over here. đđŹ
