Have a dream that just KEEPS COMING BACK?! …it’s not just a coincidence, it’s a warning!
But as troublesome and unwanted as they may be, these dreams are persistent friends, knocking gently but insistently on the door of your awareness. They come bearing gifts of insight and opportunities for growth, even if they’re dressed in the guise of challenges or fears. These dreams are asking you to look deeper, to uncover the hidden layers of your emotions, beliefs, and desires.
But before we dive further in, I have some BIG NEWS

I can’t wait to get to know you and begin helping you achieve your goals! Now, back to the insight about your recurring dreams 💡😴💭
What does it mean to have these types of dreams?
At their core, recurring dreams are a call to action. They invite you to reflect on patterns in your life, relationships, and emotional responses. Whether it’s a scenario where you’re perpetually late, losing your ability to speak, or you just keep seeing someone from your past, each dream is a piece of the puzzle that is uniquely you. These dreams persist because they carry a message or lesson that is crucial for your personal growth and healing.
Recurring dreams often signal unresolved issues or emotions that are seeking your attention. They are not mere repetitions but rather, messages from your subconscious, urging you to confront and work through lingering feelings or situations that you might be avoiding or struggling to understand.
At the heart of recurring dreams is your mind’s attempt to process, cope with, and make sense of your experiences and emotions. These dreams serve as a reflection of your innermost fears, desires, and unresolved conflicts. When you experience recurring dreams, it’s as if your subconscious is on a mission, repeatedly presenting you with these scenarios until you acknowledge and address the underlying issues. This persistence is a testament to your mind’s incredible capacity to seek resolution and healing, pushing you towards closure or a deeper understanding of yourself and your life’s journey.
But sometimes, these dreams get stuck… Repeating over and over again some of the most painful memories and experiences of your life. You may be asking yourself, “How is THIS supposed to be helpful for my mental health?!” This is not an uncommon experience, and it’s exactly why I became a therapist. At moments like these, you will need the help of a trained professional to help you see the hidden path to healing that trauma keeps hidden. This is not an admission of failure! No one can heal on their own and you deserve to be loved and listened to.
I encourage you to view these recurring dreams as allies in your journey toward self-discovery. Journal about them, reflect on their themes, and consider how they mirror the aspects of your life that may need your tender loving care. If you find yourself needing guidance, remember that I’m here to support you in interpreting these messages and integrating their wisdom into your waking life.
