Dreams have the ability to show us our true feelings. When we finally let go of all the conscious pressure, our dreams reveal our true desires. Here are 5 signs that you are in love!

1. Frequent Dreams: If you frequently dream about someone, it’s a clear sign that you have strong feelings towards them. This can also be seen in a negative way, like dreaming about an ex that you’re still mad at. These frequent dreams may involve romantic scenarios, spending time together, or even everyday moments. By dreaming of them, your mind is practicing how to be the type of person that would be in a relationship with them.

2. Emotional Intensity: While symbols in dreams require interpretation, emotions are always directly related to what we feel in waking life. Dreams with strong emotional content, such as joy, excitement, or even fear and sorrow, mirror the intensity of emotions we feel while awake. If you wake up from a dream with a warm and fuzzy feeling about them, it might be your subconscious expressing your love.

3. Dreams of the Future: When you dream about a future together with your loved one, it’s a strong indication of your desire for a long-lasting relationship. These dreams often involve milestones like weddings, vacations, or building a life together.

4. Cheating & Jealousy: On the flip side, dreams that invoke feelings of jealousy or insecurity can reflect your fears or anxieties within a relationship. Deep down you may struggle with believing that you are good enough for your partner and may fear that they will leave you for someone who is “better”. This shows your true feelings of love towards them and your fear that they will leave you. This is a great sign to work on your self-esteem so that your relationship can improve!

5. Sex & Romance: Clearly, if you are dreaming of romantic or sexual experiences with your partner or crush, it means that you have strong feelings of desire for them. However, remember that not all sex dreams mean that you love them. Sex is a symbol for connection. Therefore, in some dreams you may dream of having sex with an unlikely partner. In these dreams, you don’t desire the person, you desire what they symbolize. For example, many people dream of having sex with their boss, not because they have feelings for their boss, but because they desire the power and authority they symbolize.
